Paul Enenche: 90 percent of inventions in the world come from Bible believing folks

The General Overseer of Abuja based Dunamis International Gospel Centre , Dr. Paul Enenche has said 90 percent of inventions in this world can be traced to Bible believing people.

He made the observation during the worship service of the church on Sunday June 14.

It was the first time the church would be holding physical gathering since the Covid-19 pandemic.

Enenche who preached on the efficacy of the word of God, said Isaac Newton, a foremost scientist and inventor was a theologian. “Apart from contributing to the world of science, he also contributed a lot to the Christian faith.” He said.

He said Michael Faraday another great scientist was a solid Christian among many others adding that many of them were Bible carrying people who loved God.

“They made the world we live in better because anybody who studies the word and practices what is in it will turn out better. The word of God helps in quality decision making. It helps to avert the plight of wrong decision”

The Dunamis Overseer said the Church has over the years been a catalyst for the transformation of society. “The church has produced many scientists. Christians and Jews are regarded to  have the highest level of educated folks in the world. We are not just carrying an empty book. We are carrying a destiny changing book.” Enenche said.

Paul Enenche:  Bible best selling book

He said the Bible is unarguably the best-selling book in the world. “Three Bibles are being sold per second according to statistics. The printed press was invented by Gutenberg primarily to print the Bible. The Bible thus turned out to be the first book to be printed in the world. Being in touch with the Bible is an escape route from hell.”

Enenche, a medical doctor by profession along with his wife told the congregation not to expect people to make them happy.

Rather, he admonished them to make themselves happy by delighting in the word of God.

“If you wait for people to make you happy, you will die of depression. The word of God is your trigger for excitement. It is the therapy for depression and discouragement. You can’t have God’s word and lack hope. It dispels the climate of hopelessness and despair,” he said.
