” Take away the wicked from before the King and his throne shall be established in righteousness”-  Prov. 25:5, KJV.

In every human establishment – be it at micro or macro levels, wicked people abound and doing what they know best- wickedness whether overtly or in disguise.

In a relationship, unfriendly friends can be termed wicked because they pretended to be what they are not. Little wonder the Bible says that “the heart of a man is deceitful and desperately wicked; who can know it? “- Jer. 17:9, KJV. It is only GOD of course, Who searches the hearts and tries the reins, ” even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings”- Jer. 17:10, KJV.

When these wicked people are found in family settings, what they practise is called household wickedness through unhealthy rivalries or witchcraft in extreme cases.

But it is a different ball game when this group of people is found in Kings’ Palaces and Presidential Villas. In modern day parlance, they are called Bad Advisers influencing the directions of government policies that can have dire consequences on the lives of millions of people living within the domains or territories of their Principals.

Such Bad Advisers may be Appointed or Self- Appointed especially if they are close relatives/ associates of the Ruler. And for their actions or inactions, the King/Queen or the President would normally take responsibility. And thus making the Ruler less popular with his/ her subjects before the people branded such a Ruler as Wicked.

And so for a Throne or a Presidency to be established/sustained, what the Great Potentate – GOD the Almighty Himself has advised is that wicked people or bad advisers who normally influence a Ruler to take wrong decisions or actions should be excused from their duty posts.

Such categories of bad advisers can be among  Presidential Aides, Ministers, Super Permanent Secretaries/ Director-Generals, and even faceless Cabals wherever they are located. Any Ruler who jettisoned or chose to ignore this Holy Injunction will be doing so at the risk of his/ her throne or even life.

The Second Secret which is closely related to the first is the Fear of GOD which the Scripture says is the beginning of wisdom. “…Behold the fear of the LORD, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding”- Job 28:28, KJV.

This Second Secret – Fear of the LORD is linked to the length of the tenure and even the lifespan of the Ruler. Proverbs 10:27 clearly states that ” the fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened”.

Is there any King or President who is wise enough and desires to enjoy long tenure with robust good health on the Throne or while in office?  Let such a Ruler take note of the secrets enumerated above and put them to practice. By doing so, no Coup de tat or any form of conspiracy planned even from the pit of hell or anywhere can succeed to forcefully remove such a Ruler. And it shall well with him/ her in JESUS Name.

” Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.

But “Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him: for the rewards of his hands shall be given him”- Isaiah 3: 10-11, KJV.
