Dele Momodu : What late Ghanaian President, Atta Mills told me about TB Joshua

by Church Times

Publisher of Ovation Magazine, Chief Dele Momodu has revealed his encounter with late Ghanaian President, Professor John Atta Mills, and what he said about Prophet TB Joshua.

Prophet TB Joshua was the founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations. He died on June 5.

Chief Momodu however said in an interview with Good Evening Ghana Official, an online publication that his interaction with the former President of Ghana, Prof. Ata Mills showed that TB Joshua was a genuine prophet.

While submitting that he was never familiar with the operations of Prophet TB Joshua, he said from his encounters with Prof. Ata-Mills and the testimony of several other people that he met, he was convinced that Prophet Joshua was genuine.

Talking about the encounter in the interview, Momodu said he became convinced about the late prophet when Prof. Ata-Mills shared his experience with him.

He said, “I remember prophet TB Joshua telling Prof. Atta Mills that he would win the Ghana election when there were clear indications that he could not win because he did not have the financial wherewithal and was less visible compared to the man he was competing with.

Chief Momodu said Prophet TB Joshua was so sure of Prof. Atta Mills’ victory that he had to appeal to some Nigerians like the then governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu, and Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim to support him in the elections.

While noting that Prof Mills won the elections as predicted, Momodu said, “When Prof won the elections, the first place he came was Nigeria to see Prophet TB Joshua.

“It was while he came to Nigeria that I met him in a private apartment where he used to stay when he comes to Nigeria. I asked him why he so much believed in Prophet Joshua when we Nigerians didn’t believe in him.”

His response according to Momodu is something he would never forget. “Prof told me, this man told me long before the election that I would win, when I had no chance in the world that I would win.

“And not only that, he gave me specific dates and that there will be a first-round, second round. He told me as a professor that he deals in fact and that I could not tell him he was ignorant.”

Prof Atta Mills

Momodu noted that for every negative story about Prophet Joshua there were also positive stories adding that “All of them could not have been wrong. There were presidents from different countries of the world, ministers who were talking to TB Joshua.”

On the eventual death of Prof Mills, Momodu said, “I was aware he had a terminal sickness. The two most important people in your life if you are on your death bed will be your doctor and your prophet. So, I don’t see anything unusual about his coming to see Prophet TB Joshua when he was sick before his eventual passing on.”

He said further that the death of TB Joshua at 58 was not unusual adding that many great men in history also passed on in their prime.

John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills according to Wikipedia lived from July 21, 1944, to July 24, 2012
